Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Desoline Inc. (“Desoline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of Gamepad Pro. They govern your access to and use of the gamepad.pro website, the Gamepad Pro software and apps, and related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using Gamepad Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the Services. If you use Gamepad Pro on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
Desoline grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware or harmful code, circumvent security measures, use automated systems in a manner that disrupts the Services, or use Gamepad Pro for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Software
The Gamepad Pro desktop application for Windows and Linux and the Gamepad Pro companion app for Android and iOS are licensed to you free of charge under the End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If these Terms and the EULA conflict on anything relating to the software, the EULA governs.
Unless permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit Gamepad Pro software except as expressly authorized by us.
4. Distribution
The Gamepad Pro Windows application is distributed as a direct download from gamepad.pro; the installer files are served securely from Google Cloud Storage (storage.googleapis.com). It is not distributed through the Microsoft Store, and copies of Gamepad Pro are not obtained through the Microsoft Store.
Download Gamepad Pro only from gamepad.pro. Desoline is not responsible for copies obtained from any other source, which may be modified or unsafe.
Desoline is solely responsible for Gamepad Pro and for providing support for it.
5. Companion App and App Stores
The Gamepad Pro companion app is distributed through Google Play (as “Remote Gamepad for PC”) and the Apple App Store (as “Gamepad Pro - Remote for PC”). The companion app is also subject to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play / Apple App Store). The store operator is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Gamepad Pro.
6. Intellectual Property
Gamepad Pro and its software, website, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other proprietary content are owned by Desoline Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Gamepad Pro intellectual property to you.
7. Third-Party Services
Gamepad Pro may integrate with or provide links to third-party products and services, including the games you play with it.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
The Gamepad Pro Windows installer offers an optional service provided by Massive (Massive Computing, Inc.), which uses a small share of your PC’s unused processing power, storage, and bandwidth. Setup asks you to Accept or Decline it, and you can switch it off at any time in Settings → Share spare bandwidth. If you accept it, your use of that service is governed by Massive’s terms (https://joinmassive.com/terms) and privacy policy (https://joinmassive.com/privacy). See the “Optional Resource Sharing (Massive)” section of our Privacy Policy and Section 7 of the EULA for details.
8. Updates and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of Gamepad Pro from time to time.
We may also release software updates, bug fixes, security updates, and new versions.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary, including in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or conduct that may harm Gamepad Pro, its infrastructure, or other users.
You may stop using Gamepad Pro at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gamepad Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that all defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee compatibility with every phone, PC, router or network configuration, or that input latency will be suitable for every game.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desoline and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services. For the Gamepad Pro software, the limitation of liability in the EULA, including its fifty dollar ($50.00) cap, applies.
Any limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not limit rights or liabilities that legally cannot be excluded.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desoline from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on gamepad.pro with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, Israel, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
